west. Due to the demand of patients and families across
the country, CJD Cancer OutReach has opened another
office to serve you. This office is located in Syracuse,
Utah and will be able to serve everyone west of the
Mississippi. Our headquarters in Maine will now serve the
needs of individuals east of the Mississippi. If you need to

Personal Prayer Requests
We are saddened by the news that one of our family and a member of our
Advisory Panel has been diagnosed with advanced breast cancer. We ask that
you keep Cindy Golden in your prayers as her and our family need them now
more than ever.
